All information transmitted from the www.https://activilong.com/en/ website to the payment system is systematically encrypted to ensure confidentiality.

Only bank cards from the euro zone are accepted (in case of payment by CB).

Delivery: terms and rates

Delivery terms and conditions

For orders placed from Monday to Friday at noon, packages are prepared and shipped the same day or the next day

For orders placed on Friday after 12H and until Sunday, the packages are prepared and shipped the following Monday.

The delivery of the orders is ensured by Colissimo of the group La Poste.

Colissimo delivery times vary between 48 and 72 hours. In case the parcel does not fit in the mailbox, the order will be collected in the post office of the sector within 14 days.

You have the possibility to choose a delivery at home, in post office or point colis.

For a delivery in a post office or parcel relay, you have 14 days to collect your order, after this period the parcel will be returned to ACTIVILONG.

Packages are delivered only in metropolitan France (including Corsica and Monaco).

Delivery rates

From 0 to 58 euros of purchase :

- Single shipping cost: 4.90 euros for delivery in a parcel shop, and 6 euros for delivery in a post office or at home.

From 59 euros of purchase :

- Free shipping for home delivery, post office or parcel post.
