For your hair:
In pre-poo: apply section by section insisting on the driest and weakest areas. Leave on for a minimum of 1 hour or overnight under a heating cap or film and then proceed with your shampoo.
To seal in moisture: Take a small amount of butter and warm it between your hands, then apply it to your lengths and ends.
For your skin:
Melt a dab of butter in your hands and apply all over your body, focusing on dry areas
