Le Coffret Acticurl Expert – Routine Experte Cheveux Bouclés incarne l’évolution moderne d’une gamme déjà iconique. Pour célébrer les 15 ans d’Acticurl, Activilong a repensé ses soins avec l’aide de celles et ceux qui connaissent le mieux leurs boucles : ses utilisateurs.

Acticurl Expert réunit ainsi des soins techniques, performants et sensoriels, enrichis en Pitaya et Aloe Vera. Chaque formule a été conçue pour révéler le potentiel des cheveux ondulés, bouclés, frisés en offrant définition, éclat et protection longue durée.

Ce coffret rassemble les indispensables d’une routine experte pour définir les boucles :

• L’Après-Shampooing Sublimateur, à la texture lait légère, démêle en douceur, hydrate et apporte une brillance naturelle tout en gardant la chevelure aérienne. Idéal en soin minute ou prolongé, il scelle l’hydratation et laisse les boucles souples, définies et faciles à coiffer.
• Le Lait Thermo-Protecteur, soin coiffant 2-en-1, redessine les boucles tout en les protégeant des appareils chauffants jusqu’à 220 °C, pour une routine stylée en toute sécurité.
• La Mousse Bouclante, légère et aérienne, apporte volume, souplesse et définition sans effet carton grâce à sa formule enrichie en Aloe Vera.
• La Gelée Scrunching, enfin, sculpte et redéfinit les boucles avec une fixation naturelle, sans résidus, tout en préservant l’hydratation et en offrant un effet anti-shrinkage.

Le coffret est complété par trois accessoires indispensables : le foulard Acticurl, idéal pour préserver l’hydratation et protéger les longueurs pendant la nuit ; le chouchou assorti, parfait pour attacher les cheveux sans casser ni marquer les boucles ; et la Curl Brush, spécialement conçue pour démêler en douceur, définir les boucles et réduire les frisottis grâce à ses picots flexibles. Delivery costs

The SELLER charges a flat-rate delivery fee, in addition to the price of the Product(s). The SELLER offers three delivery methods:

• Colissimo with signature;
• Colissimo without signature;
• Colissimo at a relay point.

They are calculated automatically after the Customer has chosen the delivery options and provided their delivery address.

MAI offers its customers flat-rate delivery charges:

A. Home delivery with signature and contactless:
- For any order between 0 euros and 58.99 euros including tax, the shipping costs are 8.50 euros including tax;

B. Home delivery without signature:
- For any order between 0 euros and 58.99 euros including tax, the shipping costs are 6.90 euros including tax ;

C. Delivery to Relay Points / Local Shops:
- For any order between 0 euros and 58.99 euros including tax, the shipping costs are 4.90 euros including tax ;

MAI offers free shipping for any order of 59 euros or more including tax.

delivery time

The products ordered by the Customer will be delivered within a maximum period of thirty (30) days from the order confirmation and payment.

In the event of unavailability of the Product, the SELLER undertakes to inform the Customer as soon as possible. The Customer will have the option of waiting for delivery of the Product or canceling their order. They will then be reimbursed for the entire order.

The SELLER cannot be held responsible for the consequences of any events beyond its control, in particular cases of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances, which may tend to delay or prevent delivery of the Product ordered.

In the event of a delivery notice or delivery to a relay point, the Customer has 7 working days to collect their package. If the Customer wishes to receive their package again, they will have to pay additional delivery costs corresponding to the amount of the first delivery unless they choose a different delivery method to the one initially chosen.

Partial delivery

The Customer is informed that delivery may be partial, i.e. the Products may be delivered in several installments, at no additional cost to the Customer.

Delay in delivery

In accordance with Article L216-2 of the Consumer Code, in the event of failure by the SELLER to fulfill its obligation to deliver the Product within the time period provided for above, other than in the event of force majeure within the meaning of Article 1218 of the Civil Code, the Customer may cancel its Order, by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt or in writing on another durable medium, if, after having ordered, in the same manner, the SELLER to deliver the Product within a reasonable additional time period, the latter has not complied within this time period.

The Order is considered to be terminated upon receipt by the SELLER of the letter or document informing it of this termination, unless the SELLER has performed in the meantime.

The SELLER will reimburse the Customer for all sums paid, at the latest within fourteen days following the date on which the Order was canceled.

Reception

Any anomaly concerning the receipt of the package (damage, product missing from the Order, damaged products, etc.) must be communicated to the SELLER's customer service by email or post within 2 days following the delivery date, setting out said complaints, indicating the Order number and providing any useful details.

In the event of delivery not conforming to the order, the SELLER will proceed to reimburse or replace the Product in accordance with article 8 of our General Terms and Conditions.
